Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days, unused, with the original packaging/tags and can be Refunded or Exchanged.

Any discrepancies in your order must be notified within 5 days of receipt of the order. 

SHIPPING: Euro-sports is not responsible for refunding any shipping costs on purchases unless deemed incorrect product or warranty defect. Return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer.

FINAL SALE on all bicycles, trainers, and electronic equipment, all cycling clothing, or undergarments without tags or in packaging and any item that was specially ordered.

SALE ITEMS: can only be returned within 30 days in original condition, and packaging. No refunds on Sale items, Store Credit or EXCHANGE ONLY. A receipt MUST be present for a return to be accepted. It is not the Staff's responsibility to recover the original receipts.

SPECIAL ORDERS are final sale

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How to return:
1. You must ensure that your name and order number are provided inside the returned package.
2. Items need to be in new condition, unused, unwashed with original labels and packaging.
3. Once the returned item is received and checked in we will process a refund.
4. You may return the item in person at Euro-sports or you may ship it to us.
5. If shipping, we recommend shipping via a method that provides you with tracking information.
6. All returns need to be completed within 30 days of the purchase date with the original receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, the timeframe for this is dependent on your bank/credit card company and may take an additional number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you want a different size or colour of a product, simply return the original product for a refund and purchase the new item on a new order.
We don't exchange, only refund orders.
This makes for a faster, simpler and more efficient process.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate sent via e-mail to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returned product to reach Euro-sports may vary.
If you are shipping a return item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Euro-sports is not responsible for lost in transit or mis-shipped return items.
